Please help me with
some research that will take you about 15 minutes and provide our profession
with lots of data to counterweight to the notion that massage treatment is
palliative without curative value. I’ve included some links below to help
explain the project. Your help is much appreciated. Even if you can’t help with

Please complete the
plantar foot study following the process steps as outlined below (Link). The
Title of the project is “Single Case Single Visit Outcome (Anecdotal) Study-Plantar
Foot-Superficial & Intrinsic Foot Structure Attachments -The Treatment
Effects of Compression and Stretching.”

3.) Read the treatment protocol instructions with

4.) Take the form to your treatment session to
record clients initials (You can make these up to protect confidentiality-Just

& post treatment ratings. (5-10 minutes)
5.) Finish filling out the form online including

Get your students involved in the research project outlined above (LINK) and
let me come to your school (Southern California Only) to provide your students
with a FREE lecture and workshop covering massage techniques for common
connective tissue disorders of the foot. Students will learn how to test the
effectiveness of massage techniques and learn how scientific method can provide
insight into the curative effectiveness of massage therapy. If your students
are outside of the Southern California area, click the links below to access
student notes and a power point presentation for the lecture and workshop. You
can use these resources to conduct the study with your students with E-Mail consultation
if needed.
